Filming a Video Project

Hi 2E4!

I came across an interesting article on 'How to Act' and thought these tips may come in handy for the project. Before you start filming, do consider these points below:

1. Voice Projection
Talk louder than you usually would so everyone can hear you. The camera must be able to capture the sound. Do not speak too fast as this often garbles your words. It would be difficult to hear what you are saying.

2. Enunciate
Ensure that you pronounce every word clearly. Speak slowly and make sure that all consonants are present. However, do not overdo your enunciation as you may end up sounding unnatural.

3. Emote
Portray the emotions that are expected of the character. Use gestures and body language to convey emotions. If your character is angry, wave your hands and stomp your feet. If the character is sad, hunch your shoulders and hang your head.
